General Terms and Conditions
We are LM SKINSHOP (referred to as “we,” “our company,” or “store”) and we own and operate the website www.lmskinshop.com (referred to as “this website” or LMSKINSHOP.com). Our website provides online shopping services via the internet (including through the use of applications) and offers a one-stop delivery service (“Service”).
Please read these terms carefully before using this website. By using this website or any part of it, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We may update this posting to revise these terms and conditions from time to time. The revised terms will be effective from the date of posting.
Ordering
The product prices displayed on the website are based on the prices on the day of ordering.
All product prices on this website are in Hong Kong dollars.
An email will be sent to the email address registered by you to confirm the receipt of your order. This email does not constitute a commitment to deliver the ordered items.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to:
Insufficient stock of the products you ordered;
Inability to arrange delivery to your location; or
Errors in the prices indicated for one or more products you ordered due to human or computer error or incorrect pricing information provided by suppliers.
You can notify us to cancel your order up to four (4) hours before the delivery time. However, cancellation is subject to our confirmation.
Payment
We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. All orders will be settled in Hong Kong dollars.
We use third-party payment services to process online transactions. When you place an order, you agree and accept that your credit card information will be collected, processed, and retained by the payment service provider, subject to its terms and conditions. You agree and accept that you alone bear any loss incurred in connection with your credit card transaction, and we are not liable for any total or partial loss under any circumstances.
We do not collect or retain your credit card information. If you choose to store your credit card information for quick checkout, you agree and accept that the data will be encrypted and retained by the third-party payment service provider.
The shopping payment limit for VISA, MasterCard, and American Express cards is HKD 10,000 per transaction.
If we cancel an order for any reason and you have already made payment, we will refund the equivalent amount to your credit card account.
We reserve the right to change the payment methods for online shopping without prior notice.
The products and prices displayed on this website are for reference only and are subject to change or modification at the time of actual transaction.
Delivery Service
Each order is eligible for free delivery service (limited to one delivery location) if the total purchase amount is HKD 500 or above before applying any promotional codes. If the purchase amount is below HKD 500 before applying any promotional codes, a delivery fee of HKD 38 will be charged.
Delivery service is only available for locations above the ground floor that have elevator access.
In the event of a strong wind signal, red or black rainstorm warning in effect, or weather conditions deemed unsafe for delivery by us, the delivery service will be rescheduled. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
We currently have restricted delivery time slots (excluding public holidays) for the following areas: (i) Ma Wan, (ii) Discovery Bay, (iii) Tung Chung.
(i) Designated delivery time slot for Ma Wan: Every Tuesday and Saturday (12:00 – 16:00);
(ii) Designated delivery time slot for Discovery Bay: Every Tuesday and Saturday (12:00 – 16:00);
(iii) Designated delivery time slot for Tung Chung: Every Tuesday and Saturday (16:00 – 22:30).
We currently do not deliver to the following areas: (1) Outlying Islands, (2) Restricted areas and areas where truck access is prohibited.
Each delivery service can transport a maximum of 1 box of products, and the weight of each box should not exceed 5 kilograms. If there is more than 1 box, the store reserves the right to charge an additional transportation fee of HKD 50 per box.
We will deliver the products you ordered to the delivery address provided by you through our staff or third-party suppliers. When the products are delivered to your provided delivery address, you must personally receive the products (except when you have given us special instructions to leave the delivery items outside the door or at the lobby management office, in which case you assume the risk of loss for the delivered products in any circumstances). If you fail to receive the products for any reason, you agree and accept that we have the right to charge you additional fees or cancel your order.
After placing an order, if there are any changes to the delivery address or selected delivery time slot, please notify us immediately for arrangement.
Once the products you purchased have been delivered to you, you become the owner of the products. After the products are delivered to you, you assume the risk of holding the products, and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them.
Refunds and Returns
If you find any of the following conditions with the products after receiving them, you can request a return and replacement. However, all return or replacement requests must be made within seven (7) days after receiving the products:
(i) Damaged product/packaging;
(ii) Expiry date less than two months (except for special sale items with indicated expiration dates);
(iii) Quality issues;
(iv) Missing or incorrectly delivered products.
You must provide proof of the above-mentioned (1st) request for verification, including:
(i) Presenting valid documents/evidence proving that the problematic products were purchased from LMSKINSHOP.com; and
(ii) Taking images of the problematic products and sending them to us via email/instant messaging software as evidence.
Once the above-mentioned (1st) request is verified, we will arrange the return and replacement of the same product within seven (7) days. If the product is not in stock, we may refund the amount for that product from your payment gateway.

Ownership
The risk of the products transfers to you upon delivery, but the store retains ownership of the products until full payment is received.
Force Majeure
If the store is unable to fulfill its obligations under this website due to any “force majeure” reason (including, but not limited to, fire, casualty, accident, natural disasters, any laws, orders, declarations, regulations, requirements by any government or its agencies of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, strikes, labor disputes, labor shortages, or shortages of technical workers, shortages or lack of supply of products or materials, transportation delays, or any other reasons beyond the reasonable control of the store), the store shall not be liable for such impediment.

The store, including its employees, contractors, and any third-party suppliers, makes no representations or warranties regarding the following matters:
(i) The completeness, quality, operation, use, accuracy, or timeliness of all data stored or accessed on Lmskinshop.com or any other Lmskinshop.com server (“Data”), or the suitability or fitness for any purpose or use of any of the foregoing;
(ii) Any products or services obtained or provided through Lmskinshop.com or based on the Data;
(iii) Uninterrupted browsing of Lmskinshop.com or the accuracy and correctness of the Data, or that the Data is free from any computer viruses or is non-contaminating or destructive;
You shall not rely on the Data. The store shall not be liable for any indirect or direct damages, losses, expenses, or costs incurred by you as a result of reliance on or use of the Data or this website.
