Terms of Delivery

1.Delivery Service Notice

For each order, free local delivery service is available for purchases of HKD $500 or above (limited to a single delivery address). For purchases below HKD $500, a delivery fee of HKD $38 is required. Delivery service is only available for customers in Hong Kong, and we do not accept international orders.

2.We currently do not offer delivery to the following areas:

Outlying Islands
Except Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung

Airport

Lamma Island

AsiaWord Expo

Peng Chau

Disneyland

Mui Wo

3. Special Delivery Arrangements.

a. For delivery addresses without elevator service, delivery is only available up to the 8th floor or above ground level.

b. Each delivery service is limited to a maximum of 1 box of products, with each box weighing no more than 5 kilograms. If there is 1 box or more, the store reserves the right to charge an additional transportation fee of HKD $50 per box.

c.For any special delivery requirements, please specify them in the "Special Delivery Requests" field on the "Delivery Time" page during the payment process. The store's customer service will contact you to discuss and make detailed arrangements.

d.After placing an order, if there are any changes to the delivery address or selected delivery time slot, please notify us immediately for arrangements.

4. Special arrangements due to inclement weather conditions.

In the event of a hoisted typhoon signal, red or black rainstorm warning, or any weather conditions deemed unsafe for delivery, the delivery service will be postponed. Our company will contact you to reschedule the delivery date.

5. General Conditions

a. We reserve the right to modify the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any disputes, our company's decision shall be final.

b.We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All orders will be settled in Hong Kong dollars.

c.If necessary, we will charge HKD $0.5 for each plastic shopping bag in accordance with Hong Kong regulations.
